It's not the landlords responsibility..you need to get an inspection that's state approve & certified and have them place the home as a condition not livable. It'll cost around $100-300 dollars. Once that happens by the health board (test levels) the condition aren't livable..you'll need to move within 30 days or sooner. Pay that months rent and provide a copy to the landlord; there's a good chance the landlord will take you to court (hearing) for months remaining (trial) show proof provided by the state and and video/pictures of how you left the home. If, it becomes to much..just file bankruptcy before trail included an estimated cost.

Hello,

this is a little tip from what I have leaned from years in the security industry.

No matter who calls you, If they say they are from your bank, ask them to confirm the 1st and 5 digit of your account number, your bank will argue the toss , if the call is important then tell them you will look up the customer service number on the internet and call them back, a scam company will 9 times out of 10 hang up.

Also there is a do not call registry

As for the recorded call, they will tie you up for years, you can ask,but you will not get it, join the registry then its illegal for you to be called

But I do feel for you, these calls can be annoying ad very distressing
